About Gyani ::
With nearly 20 years of experience, Gyani is a dedicated yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and Ayurveda Lifestyle Advisor. Her journey has taken her across the world, immersing herself in the yogic way of life in ashrams and retreats—including three transformative years living in an Indian ashram. Gyani’s teachings offer a holistic blend of yoga, pranayama, and meditation, designed to cultivate deeper awareness of the body and mind. She encourages slowing down, nourishing the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself through practices that promote relaxation, balance, and inner harmony.

Refunds ::
Please note there will be no refunds but if you are unable to attend the retreat then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
Yoga experience ::
All levels welcome, including beginners. If you have any health issues or injuries that may affect your yoga practice please let Gyani know in advance.
What to bring ::
Bring your own mat (if you have one) and wear comfortable clothing with some layers as cool down during the still practice. All props will be provided but welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Bring a water bottle.
